For a clear and surprise-free experience, we have gathered some useful details about our services.

Reservations are made by phone at 0249702622 or by email at info@chaletonpercheron.com. For confirmation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required within 48 hours of the request. Please specify the number of people and the desired period.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in receive a full refund of the deposit. Between 7 and 13 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Under 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. In cases of force majeure (accidents, closed roads), we analyze each situation individually.
The standard package includes accommodation in rooms with a fireplace, breakfast with local products, access to the relaxation area with garden and gazebo, free parking, and use of the barbecue equipment. It does not include transportation, additional meals, or optional activities (guided tours, workshops).
Yes, we have special trails for beginners, with gentle horses and accredited instructors. Participants must be at least 8 years old and in good general health. Protective equipment (helmets, vests) is provided by us. For safety, the trails are accompanied by an experienced guide.
No, the workshops (pottery, weaving, wood carving) are paid separately and take place according to the artisans' schedule. The cost varies between 50 and 90 lei per person, depending on materials and duration. We recommend booking your spot at least one week in advance.
Yes, we accept small and medium-sized dogs, with an additional fee of 30 lei per night. It is mandatory that the animal is vaccinated, has a health record, and is kept on a leash in common areas. We do not accept animals in rooms with fireplaces for safety reasons.
